Shivani Sahni is a voracious learner who has grown from a marketing professional to an educationist.
A postgraduate with a total of 20 years experience, 12+ years in Education at various verticals in schools for academic implementation and school management. In furtherance, she has the experience of leading as School Head three startups namely Dolphin POD, Vasant Kunj; G D Goenka Public School, Bahadurgarh and HRM Global School, Pitampura from their inception, making them the institutions of excellence and academic brilliance displaying her passion and commitment towards education.
Having worked in conjunction with the Idea Generators, Curriculum Developers and Promoters has given her an edge in her leadership to achieve or exceed the school’s objectives aligned with their vision, mission & core values.
She has a dynamic approach in working closely with all stakeholders, and work towards building 21st Century Skills in children. She has achieved excellence in academic, administrative and operational matters including achievement of all school revenue and profit targets in the organizations worked so far. Being an assiduous worker, she has received various awards and accolades for her professional work.
She is designated with a honorary title of Global Presence Ambassador by Parenting 2.0 for Life Skills.
She is associated with HSM – INACE in their movement as a thought leader, as a National Council Member with Association of Indian Principals and as an Executive Member with Global Edu-leaders Forum.
Her life’s purpose is to contribute to the society in a meaningful and constructive way through education.
In her free time, she pens down her thoughts and experiences in the form of quotes, short poems and blogs.
