EEF runs six projects who are brainchild of Reena Charles. Ek Ehsaas Motivational Academy conducts a wide range of Personality Development, Leadership Training, Orientation Programmes, Motivational Workshops and Spiritual Retreats and Recollections. Philomena’s Paradise, a home for Destitute Senior Citizens which was established in February 28, 2018. It can shelter 20 inmates (men and women). Samtripti, a Campaign Against Hunger inspired by the idea that no one should sleep on an empty tummy. Vidhya initiative aims to spread basic learning in parts of our country among children and grownups.  Wherever sections of the underprivilege reside, such as Govindpuri and Mallikpur. Poshaak is an endeavour to help the deprived sections of society by distribution of clothes in good wearable condition received as contributions mainly from volunteers, be they individuals or families. Marhamm is Counselling and Healing Services in Delhi and Loni that addresses and renders therapies for spiritual and emotional ailments. It helps people fight and overcome suicidal tendencies, low self-esteem, relationship crises. It provides forgiveness tools for spiritual cleansing & marital counselling.  Divine healing  by dance, sound and movement therapy.
