Ek Ehsaas Motivational Academy
Launched in 2013, Ek Ehsaas Motivational Academy conducts Personality Development Sessions, Leadership Training Modules, Orientation Programmes, Motivational talks as well as Spiritual Retreats and Recollections. It also conducts various Awareness Programmes and Empowerment Courses under POCSO and PoSH Acts for schools, colleges and other institutions.
EEF is also an external (NGO) member for few schools and a College. The victims and offenders (if need be ) and only on request are both counselled for emotional and psychological wellness under EEF’s Marhamm initiative. EEF is willing to render services to the needy.
As many as 430 (as on 6th Feb, 2025) sessions have been held across India on a wide range of themes such as Classroom Management, Teacher-Student Relationship, Role of Principals, Principal-Teacher Relationship, Principal-Student Relationship, Creativity, Leadership, Teamwork, Stress Management, Etiquette and Manners, Time Management, Social Skills, Sexuality Education, Perception, Parenting Seminars etc. Similar activities have also been held in Sri Lanka under the EEF banner. Proceeds generated from the activities conducted by the EEF Motivational Academy are the main source of income that is ploughed back into all the other programmes of the trust.
Philomena’s Paradise - Home For The Homeless
Philomena’s Paradise, A Home for Destitute Senior Citizens which was established in February 28, 2018 and can shelter 17 residents (men and women). They are taken care of with love and commitment. Located along the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border, this home serves the needs of senior citizens who don’t have anywhere to go and are battling disease, loneliness and the lack of a roof above the head. We enable them to enjoy an active and healthy life with dignity.
Samtripti - The Feeding Bowl
This initiative is inspired by the idea that no one should sleep on an empty tummy.
EEF’s Samtripti project is a Campaign against Hunger and Malnutrition. Since 2019, volunteers and interns who are empathetic and sensitive towards this cause, have come together and proudly call themselves as The Ehsaas Tribe. Hygienically prepared food gets distributed periodically for the hungry. The interns and volunteers take care of the impoverished, marginalised and the needy in the slums and areas such as Gopalpur, Rameshwar Nagar, Nehru Vihar, Wazirabad, Chandrawal and Aruna Nagar that are covered by EEF.
Namkeen Chawal, Meethe Chawal, Khichdi, Halwa, Cakes Cookies are often cooked and at times collected and joyfully distributed in the E-Cart. In the cold winter months, piping hot masala chai is served with samosas or kachoris and at other times a wide range of food is served to members of disadvantaged communities.

Vidhya - Spreading LITERACY
This initiative aims to spread basic learning in parts of our country among children and grownups, wherever sections of the underprivilege reside, such as Govindpuri and Mallikpur. Temporarily paused due to the lack of funds.

Poshaak - Glad to Clad
Through Project – Poshaak, the EEF Tribe collects clothes, new and old (wearable), for women, men and children in the Gopalpur, Rameshwar Nagar, Nehru Vihar, Wazirabad, Chandrawal and Aruna Nagar areas.
At times, drawing books, colours and toys too are gifted.
As the temperature dips, volunteers and interns collect blankets, mittens, mufflers, caps and socks for them.
A Saree Bank too was initiated couple of times. This winter EEF collected Woolens and Blankets for inmates of Tihar Jail and Nuh Jail.

Marhamm - Counselling and Healing Services
Marhamm Therapy Centre (Delhi) that helps people, specially children and youth who suffer from Suicidal Tendencies, Depression, Social Media Addiction, Sexual Abuse, Broken Families, Lack of Self Confidence, Poor Self Esteem, Anxiety, Lack of
Forgiveness and Revengeful Attitude.
Marhamm aims to help people of all ages, specially the youth, who are keen to develop self-worth, determination, to recover the zeal and zest for life by imbibing a positive outlook.
Marhamm helps one to make peace with the scars, specially those who are sexually abused.

EEF’s DHARTI MAA project collaborates with Enactus team of Shri Ram College Of Commerce (SRCC) Delhi University.This collaboration is for executing plantation and environmental sustainability drives,integrating waste management, environmental awareness and community participation.In the past too, EEF had supported other NGO’s supporting them with saplings with a mission Pollution ka Solution – Ghar Ghar Paudha.
We are utilizing recycled and innovative materials (cigarette butt waste products) converting them into eco-friendly paper bags, paper pots and diaries. We are organizing awareness campaigns in schools, communities and institutions.

Karkakavach
Karkakavach is an India-based preventive healthcare initiative focused on early cancer detection through AI-powered, non-invasive and radiation-free screening solutions, especially for breast, cervical and oral cancers. Our work primarily targets underserved rural and semi-urban communities where access to preventive healthcare is limited.
In the past three years, we have :
-Screened 15000+ women across India. -Conducted 120+ cancer screening camps in urban and rural regions
-Expanded operations across 30+ districts in India through outreach camps and awareness drives.
-Received appreciation from the Nashik Zilla Parishad for outstanding performance in the Common Cancer Screening Program at Karangalil, Koot and Kumbhale Primary Health Centres.
-Recognized and incubated under the Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences for innovation in preventive healthcare solutions.
